Delivery and return of property keys.

Management of Security Deposit
Consignment of security deposit through MIVIOT and managing return of it to tenant upon completion of rental contract.
Report of income and expenses.
Generating and sending a monthly report of income minus expenses.
Management of rental contract
Management and revision of rental contracts. It includes inscription of contract in MIVIOT.
Payment of bills and property taxes
Payment of bills for basic services and property taxes on behalf of client.
Property cleaning
Coordinating property cleaning when property is vacant or for short term rental
Fumigations
Coordinating fumigations when required.
Inventory Management
Performing inventory of the property upon delivery and return by tenant.
Pool cleaning (if applicable)
Coordinating, supervising and doing a final inspection after completion of work.
AC & appliance repairs
Coordinating air conditioner maintenance and appliance checkups every three months.
